We regularly review the images on our site and the accuracy of the annotation attached to the images.
As a part of this sweep we have found that you have incorrectly annotated the following image(s).
Alamy Ref - Your ref
11 фотографий в списке
You have annotated the field "No of people" as "0" where the image clearly shows people in it. We have changed it to "Select".
Please make necessary change in the 'Attributes' section within 'Manage images' of your account as early as possible.
Our customers rely on the accuracy and integrity of our data and this process protects both you and Alamy from potential legal disputes.
Dear Contributor,
When you re-annotated your images recently one or more of your images was listed as either Royalty Free (RF) or Rights Managed - Exclusive (RM-E) but was found to be without the necessary property or model releases.
This would have produced a warning message in the Manage Images section of your account.
As Royalty Free images can be used for commercial purposes (e.g. advertising or promotion) and Rights Managed-Exclusive images are predominately sold to this market,
it is necessary to have model and/or property releases where applicable.
From the list below, your images marked as "Sold/In Purchase path" will be removed from our database.
An image cannot have a sales history on Alamy with one licence type and then be changed to another.
For the images marked as "Licence Change" if you do NOT wish us to convert the licence please reply to this email within 10 days and we shall
delete them for you.
If you are happy with the licence type conversion then there is NO NEED TO REPLY to this email.
If we don't hear from you we will automatically convert them to Rights Managed (RM) in 10 days time.
Please note the check of your images with the warning message and this subsequent email is purely on database logic surrounding people, property,
releases and licence type.
We have not viewed your images and made the decision.
If you feel that the warning message has been created due to an annotation error (i.e. image does not contain people/property) then by correcting your
annotation your image(s) will lose the warning message and we shall take no action when we re-check in 10 days time.
