submission@123rf.com с отметкой "123RFCares Content Donation". Думаю, отметки лучше делать в subject line.
Для этого, судя по всему, надо, чтобы фото или векрора были уже загружены на сайт и прошли бы проверку. Я уже видела ленту, которую они составляют - выглядит, как lightbox.
