КЛУБ СТОКОВЫХ ФОТОГРАФОВ, ИЛЛЮСТРАТОРОВ, ВИДЕОГРАФОВ и ИИ-ШНИКОВ

Подскажите где можна достать бланк на передачу авторких прав на изо. Так как продал с устным соглашением, и удалил с портфеля, а другого учасника который купил у меня фото, заблокировали, и заблокировали меня. просят документы на передачу показать. С английской деловой не дружу. может есть у кого бланк?

это вам нужен договор на передачу исключительных прав (т.е. имущественных, если русскими терминами изъясняться) ... я в сети этот договор не встречала.... проще у юриста заказать... да еще и на инглише...
это если речь идет о передаче прав на фотографии, согласно требованиям микростока...

а если речь о передаче прав на рисунок - то обычного проперти-релиза достаточно... на главной странице сайта висит...

просто я не понимаю,что вы под ИЗО подразумеваете...

Вообще-то, для верности, спросите у тех, кто это требует. Имхо, у них это должно быть

Assignor warrants and represents that it has not previously assigned and shall not in the future assign, any of Assignor’s rights in and to the Images to any other party.

Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to relieve Assignor of Assignor’s obligations under the TOS. In the event of a breach of any of the terms of the TOS, Assignor and Assignee shall be jointly and severally liable to Shutterstock for any losses and/or damages sustained by it.

имхо, tristana права. Думаю, достаточно пропети релиза.

Если вы используете работу в своей работе нужен проперти репил.
Если работы выставлена вами как есть то нужен договор на передачу исключительных прав. То что вы являетесь собственником.
