Думаю, все закончится банальным закрытием аккаунта колосус, а партнерка так и останется не прозрачной и мы будем только надеятся, что мы получем деньги за кажую продажу нашей фотографии

The problem I see is that it's credited under agency name "Colossus" instead of the contributor name. We are already downloading XML with user ID's in the metadata but only as numbers, so we need to pair those with the names.
As I mentioned few times. We don't have the original hires files, so the only way how we can get those is by downloading them from the supplier via API which is a method of connection where our money is used as an exchange and you get the credits into your user account. That's how it works on FT, DT and I hope it's the same way here (I'll find out).
The problem is also in the communication between BigStock+Media Bakery(Colossus) and us, as we were not aware that the collection is from BigStock originally and we were not able to know how it works between BigStock & Media Bakery(Colossus).
I'll keep you informed. And Lucie will answer carefully all the emails we've got according this issue.
