I can certainly understand how getting hit with a number of refunds on your account is incredibly frustrating and disheartening.
Contributor Relations is unfortunately not pertinent to this specific file information as this case is deemed confidential. iStock is focused on and dedicated to licensing imagery and as with any company, fraud and theft are always present even with best efforts.
We have implemented numerous features to combat this issue and continue to do this presently. We also have team that is dedicated to this issue even after our office is closed.
Please know our compliance team is constantly working to find any image that are illegally being use and will continue to do so. If you find any images that you feel are being use without the proper licensing granted by us please email
ce@istockphoto.com and they will gladly investigate the issue for you.

I do not need IS confidential information. I need information about my files sales. Why there is refund for purchase that is missing in my sales stats?
If you can not answer this question, please redirect it to responsible persons.
This situation looks like IS hiding some sales from artists. It is criminal situation and it must be resolved.
