As much as possible, the image should "depict the event as it is" and not embellish or distort reality. Any contributor found to be embellishing or distorting their submissions will have their accounts terminated with immediate effect. You may perform minor cropping, sharpening, contrast and brightness adjustments to enhance the clarity of the image, but do take note that as much as possible, the image should "always depict the event as it is".

The system supports automated IPTC info retrieval. You may use software programs to edit the IPTC info before uploading it.
The IPTC info should contain caption(description) and keywords. If no info is added or the system cannot retrieve it, the fields
will be left empty and you have to add info manually after uploading.
